Order Shipment and Delivery

Your pack shipment

Orders completed Monday - Friday before 5pm (EST) are sent to the shipper of your choice on the same day. Orders made on Saturday, Sunday or after 5pm (EST) Monday-Friday will be sent to the shipper of your choice on the next business day. 

Choosing a shipment method

Depending on your choice of shipper, you product may or may not be able to be accurately tracked. USPS tracking updates are known to be slow and inaccurate, please take this into consideration before contacting USPS or Electio LLC about your order.

***If for some reason you are offered "In-Store Pickup" as a shipping method, please do not choose this method unless you are a personal acquaintance of Electio LLC. This option SHOULD only show for select members added by our staff. If you see this option available to you and you are not an acquaintance of Electio LLC, please inform us through email. We hold the right to cancel any order with this shipping method chosen.***

After you place your order you will receive an order conformation email. This email will be followed by an additional email with your tracking information.
